Morning Aspens
This artwork is fairly simple design wise. Balance is all over, per natures own ideal. There is a dampness in the forest around aspen early in the morning, before the sun creeps in to dry and warm the leaves, branches, and undergrowth. The tall trunks swaying with the resonance below ground. Small flowers spread their damp petals, the birds beginning to chirp. Bright Aspen
Bright Aspen artwork by Cecile Grace Charles I do a lot of impressionism when I paint trees. I like bright colors, but I do also do more muted artworks. In this case though I was inspired by a piece of jewelry a friend of mine was wearing. The neckace was full of stones in all the colors you see here in this artwork.
